Product Care & Storage

  • Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For liquids or tinctures, shake well before use to evenly distribute natural ingredients.

  • This can occasionally happen with natural formulas. Simply rinse the applicator with warm water or clear with a clean pin.

  • Because we work with natural ingredients, color or texture may vary slightly from batch to batch. This is normal and does not affect product quality or effectiveness.

  • Yes and no. The FDA does not require cosmetics to have expiration dates. We generally recommend using 12 months from ordering. If left longer, ingredients are exposed to volatility with time and drop in efficacy.

  • We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
